We are glad to announce the launch of the Call for Proposals for the CEI Know‐how Exchange Programme (KEP).
The KEP is implemented by funding made available by the CEI Fund at the EBRD entirely financed by the Italian Government.
By co–financing capacity building, institutional development and technical assistance projects, the Programme is a development instrument aimed at promoting regional cooperation and boosting the EU integration process.
The KEP offers grants to help non-EU CEI countries to advance towards EU standards and policies through the transfer of expertise and best practices from institutions/entities based in the EU CEI Member States.
Eligibility criteria:
• Public/private entities registered in a CEI Member State
• Participation of at least two partners per proposal
• At least one know-how provider (based in an EU CEI Member State) and one know-how beneficiary institution (based in a non-EU CEI Member State).
Deadline: Friday, 26 September 2025, 11:59 pm CEST.

- Partecipazione di almeno due partner per proposta;
- Almeno un fornitore di know-how (con sede in uno Stato Membro UE della CEI) e un’istituzione beneficiaria di know-how (con sede in uno Stato Membro CEI non appartenente all’UE).
